Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our farm is beautifully situated by the water at the Kagerplassen, on the edge of the Groene Hart. The former stables have been converted into comfortable, modern apartments with panoramic views over the Boterhuispolder. Step straight into nature for a lovely walk or bike ride (bike hire available), or hit the water on a paddleboard. Popular destinations such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Leiden, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht are all within easy reach. Public transport is within walking distance.

A wonderful view at any time of day, a wonderful place on the water. A 10-minute walk away is a lovely bakery, a supermarket and delicious cozy restaurants. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful forest with a castle for walking, there is also a lovely island (Kaaghoorn) where you can picnic in different places on this lovely peninsula or enjoy the sun in peace. Warmond is located against the Kagerplassen, and on the other side is Leiden.
