Beautiful, unique apartment, 84 sq m + 35 sq m terrace + 55 sq m garden on the 3rd floor overlooking the park from the living room. Living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, parking space There is a pond, tennis court, and playgrounds in the estate. The apartment is not perfect :) Apart from renting, we live here, so you will find scratches on the floor, dog toys or our things in some cabinets :) But it's a great place to spend time thanks to the partially covered terrace with greenery around, which increases the rental area to 170 sqm :)
