Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. Tea, coffee & basic breakfast (bread, butter, jam, muesli), linen & towels are provided. If you would like a fuller supply of breakfast items at a small extra charge, please ask.

You will love our onsite Farm Shop and Nursery, open Tuesday to Saturday along with local walks. We welcome babies but please bring your own equipment. Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Central House with Castle Wall in the Garden

A lovely sunny and quiet three bedroomed house with Warwick Castle wall at the end of the garden. Five minutes walk into the centre of Warwick and two minutes to the entrance of Warwick Castle. Two bedrooms with double beds , one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Parking for one car on the drive. This is my home therefore contains personal possessions. I provide space in wardrobes and drawers so no problems unpacking!

The studio is situated in the garden of a 100 year old canal cottage. It is a bright and airy self contained space with your own entrance and patio doors onto the garden. The room has an ensuite wet room with an electric shower and toilet and sink. The main room has a sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, TV, fridge, wifi, wardrobe and a comfy double bed. Note...no HOB.
