I had a wonderful stay at the this Apartment! The property is outstanding and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the surrounding area is lovely. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This apartment was fantastic! Clean, comfortable and homely. Extremely spacious and at a price a hotel would charge you for a single room PER PERSON. All 3 bedrooms were fully furnished an equipped for a lengthy stay, even though we were only there for 2 nights. The bathroom was very spacious and spotless, the w.c. was just as clean and no worries about forgetting anything as all you would need is already there. Water was hot and pressure was good. The living area was cozy, comfortable, friendly and inviting. It was great for just sitting in front of the tv of an evening with a 55" smart tv, or congregating with fellow residents on the sofas or barstools at the kitchen island. The kitchen was extremely clean and well equipped, whether cooking, dining or just hanging out with a coffee. The outside area was great for all the above reasons too, with lighting and benched tables. As for Danny and Sarita? well, I now consider them friends as it felt that way when we chatted.

Ryan's flat was very clean and welcoming. Amenities included all of the essentials to make you feel right at home. The appliances were the best part of my staycation—gas range that made cooking enjoyable, washer/dryer combo that worked exceptionally well, giant fridge, and powerful microwave. A few more things I enjoyed: 1. The water gets hot and stays hot. Showers were nice. 2. The TV was preset with YouTube Premium and Netflix—no need to worry about access/passwords 3. Plenty of cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. 4. Less than 5 minutes from the train station (1-3 minute wait for Uber pick-ups). 5. Less than 10 minute wait for grocery/food deliveries. Things I wish I had: 1. The bathtub faucet was broken upon arrival, so missed out on a hot soak in the deep tub. 2. AC or a fan would have been comforting as the flat gets quite hot with the heat on and takes a while to cool down. Things that may matter: the stairs leading to the flat may be steep for some with limited mobility.

Lovely location for driving to the NEC. Nice to be able to bring our dog and have direct access to a garden. It's situated on a cul de sac so limited foot traffic and cars. Easy to get onto main roads. Lots of sweet touches left by Breena.

Fantastic stay at Terry’s. Parking was easy. The coffee shop downstairs is open until 11 pm and serves some drinks. So really fantastic if you wanted a quick drink with friends. Not noisy in the airbnb at all despite the coffee shop being downstairs. Really peaceful quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment was really lovely and super close to all amenities and the city centre. Host was so quick with any queries. Would definitely recommend this apartment and I enjoyed the whole experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The flat was nice and comfortable, check-in was easy enough, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Perfect apartment for access to the NEC, a 3 minute walk from the local station. Everything was as described, squeaky clean and even a selection of snacks along with everything needed to make drinks etc. Couldn’t fault anything, thankyou for a great stay!
