Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Washington County

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the inn especially for the price we paid. The room was extremely comfortable and centrally located that we decided to extend our stay and cancel our next nights’ accommodations on our next stop. Springdale is very charming and I would absolutely recommend the inn for couples staying in the area. We were in awe every time we stepped out the door!

Had a great stay here! Very quiet B&B in a great location to restaurants and to one of the shuttle stops to go into Zion. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! The host was easy to communicate with and the directions to check in and check out were very clear! Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place! The property abuts Dixie National Forest and is teaming with wildlife. My wife and I saw dozens of mule deer in the evening and in the morning stopped on our way out to watch wild turkeys feeding while two big Toms strutted around for the ladies. (It's their breeding season). Great room, great hospitality, wonderful hosts and breakfast. Thanks, Rob and Paula! We will be back I'm sure.

What an amazing experience we had with Renée and Layne, who are perfect hosts. They welcome travellers into their delightful home with such kindness and joy. It is infectious! The Master Room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. There is a very large bath and a separate shower adjacent to the sleeping area. Two wash basins as well. There’s even a small separate room with large fridge and washing machine. This has a table to work on if necessary. The upstairs “suite” provides privacy but you can enjoy conversations and companionship with the hosts and other visitors in the kitchen and sitting room area. It’s a perfect place to stay. Renee has a wealth of information about the history of the area and was so kind in answering my questions about the Mormon culture. (We were visiting because a distant relative of mine is buried in the cemetery). Layne helped with suggested cycle routes. Choco is their very friendly dog. We spent two wonderful days there - very special memories.

We stayed here for our trip to Zion and it couldn’t have been better. The location was great. It was a short walk to the free shuttle that takes you into the park. Our host was very accommodating and flexible with check in. She was very responsive and provided great advice to take the shuttle into the park rather than pay for self parking because spots fill up super early. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Zion.

My husband and I had the best stay at The Inn at 37 Main while visiting Zion National Park. Only 5 minutes from Zion and nice and peaceful location. Neil and Laurie were the perfect hosts. The Inn is beautiful and room was very cozy with a very comfortable bed. The breakfasts prepared by Neil were amazing! Laid back and friendly host. Will come back here again and will be telling everyone we know to stay here. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Leslie was a wonderful host, and made our stay easy and relaxing. The location is peaceful and quiet while still giving you super easy access to Zion national Park and plenty of dining and shopping options. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Karen's place was great - it was super clean and peaceful. The location was perfect for visiting Zion as it took only 25 minutes and the drive to the park was scenic and beautiful. One thing I would definitely recommend is renting e-bikes that Karen offers - they made our Zion visit even better as we could skip the long bus lines and explore the park with zero waiting time. I would definitely recommend staying at Karen's, we thoroughly enjoyed it 😊

Great air bnb, host was very communicative and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy and served early! Close to both the Grand Canyon and Zion.

This was the perfect spot for us! I loved that we were right outside of the busyness of Zion, but so close to all the things we wanted to do. Our bedroom was so comfortable we slept like babies both nights. Honestly, I was a little nervous that we would be right on top of other guests since it wasn’t a whole house to ourselves or a hotel room, but that was never a problem. The rooms feel plenty separate and quiet. We never heard anything outside of our room. I loved the kitchen setup even though we didn’t end up needing it. If we come back to Zion, we would definitely stay here again. Lezlie was great at communicating swiftly and had everything laid out well for us. This space is truly something special!

This Airbnb has everything you could dream of- extraordinary views of Zion, peaceful patios, massage chairs after a long hike, delicious homemade breakfast burritos, exceptional hosts, and the comfiestttt bed! Liz was extremely communicative from booking to checking out— she was understanding of our late arrival due to the time change and driving from Vegas, and gave us amazing recommendations for hiking Zion and local restaurants. Lastly we can’t forget to mention the three cute pups that gave us a warm welcome and were always happy to see us :)

We had an amazing stay at Zion Canyon Bed & Breakfast. Perfect location, walking distance to Zion Nat’l Park, amazing views, but still quiet and peaceful. Liz was an amazing host… very helpful and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We look forward to visiting again soon!
