This 2-bedroom "English Basement" is a block from the US Capitol and metro. This basement unit to our home is not what you might envision as a basement. It's mostly above ground with plenty of natural light, and it's walking distance to everything! Just half a block from the Capitol South metro. You come to common entrance shared with owners and take stairs to third floor and it is entirely yours. Rooms have locks with keys. The house is located in a quiet part of GT East Village with walking distance to GU, shopping and restaurants
