Die Unterkunft von Sue ist eine besondere Perle für Menschen, die Natur und Tiere möglichst nah erleben wollen. Das wunderschöne Cottage ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine Außenküche auf der Veranda. einfach herrlich! Sue lebt direkt nebenan im Haupthaus und ist eine ganz besonders freundliche Gastgeberin, die ihr Leben im Busch sehr genießt. Jede Frage wurde umgehend beantwortet. Da es viel geregnet hat, hat Sue uns auf der Rückfahrt begleitet, bis wir sichere Straßen erreicht haben. Denkt daran spätestens in Brits einzukaufen, denn dies ist die letzte Möglichkeit. Von dort ist es eine Stunde Fahrzeit bis ins Cottage. Es war eine große Freude, Sue kennengelernt zu haben!

Alex's spot was absolutely wonderful and exactly what we were hoping for. The home had everything we needed and was nestled in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve. The setting was wonderful as we got to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio and had some wonderful stargazing at night time. Alex and Sean were wonderful hosts and went over and above to make us feel at home. The check in was flexible and getting to the home was well explained although you will need a 4x4 High Clearance Vehicle to get there, It is all part of the adventure - Sean even helped me with a suspension issue i had on my car in his Workshop. We will certainly be back to this tranquil spot as we look forward to exploring more of Syringa Sands.

We had such a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, peaceful spot! The house has all the charm of a rustic bush retreat with wonderful little luxuries like a dishwasher, jacuzzi, honesty cupboard, board games and DTSV. We were there with a group of boys who just loved spending time outdoors and made full use of all the facilities!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying here. The animals come to visit you throughout the day, and it's a great experience to see them up close. The house is very well maintained, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There is a restaurant on the premises, and a shop that caters for most items you need. Also some small home-based shopping in the reserve we you can buy homemade goodies, biltong, wood etc. Very safe, so we were happy that our teenagers could walk around and do their own thing whiles we sat on the porch! Would definitely recommend for a peaceful, relaxing bush holiday. Definitely worth coming back for another visit.

Derryn’s place was everything we hoped for and wanted ! It looks absolutely stunning and amazing . It looks exactly as advertised and his staff lead by Obed as well are absolutely wonderful people. We look forward to coming back here again in the new future. I would recommend to drive there with bigger cars however, it just makes the experience to get there a lot faster . Otherwise we are thankful to Derryn for hosting us !

Kyle ist ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Er ist stehts bemüht, dass alles klappt, bei der Anfahrt, beim Check in und auch wenn sonst Fragen sind ist er erreichbar und antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Er hat im Haus nützliche Tipps hinterlassen welche Restaurants er empfiehlt (was sehr nützlich war). das Haus ist sehr hell, mit Bodentiefen Fenster die geöffnet werden können. Es ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles blitzsauber. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden es jederzeit wieder wählen. vielen Dank, Kyle!

We enjoyed a wonderful, long weekend stay at Pumba Place. The house is very comfortable, clean and well appointed. We loved the wild animals that strolled by the house, in the mornings and afternoons. We’ll definitely be back!
