E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

All modern appliances, satellite tv , 43" 4K smart tv living room, 32" smart 4K smart tv bedroom, high speed internet. Minutes walk to beaches, bars, restaurants, shops & services. Free street parking. Please note: due to the elevation there is a steep walk up the lane and a further 33 steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. Children under the age of six not permitted.

Located 5 minutes from heritage town Abbeyleix in co. Laois is Villa Jokubas a log cabin village set on a hill overlooking surrounding countryside. All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Surrounded by gorgeous rural setting with views of farmland and sea in the distance with a taste of Irish small town charm .Local village is a 10 minute walk with a great pub that has talented musicians on selected nights .Wexford town is a 25 minute drive but there is local link bus that runs 10 times a day for a modest fee. A car is highly recommend for your stay 😊
