Nicely laid out 1 bedroom apartment that will sleep up to 4 adults. There is a king-size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep 2 adults in the lounge area, the bathroom is through the bedroom. A travel cot is available on request. There is on street parking on the road outside the apartment.

The open plan lounge which includes the kitchen has an ‘A’ frame roof with Veluxes, a 49 inch TV and bifold doors leading to a decking area. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with 100% cotton bedding.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.

We love our family holiday home and would love to share it with others. Dogs welcome. Ground floor room with own entrance super close to Fistral and Towan Beach and the town center with local bars and restaurants. Fistral Suite is a large room with 4 Poster bed, fireplace and stain glass windows making for a lovely stay in Newquay. It has its own private entrance, small toilet and shower room and parking right outside. Please see floor plan for layout. You also have a fridge, kettle and TV with Netflix’s, making your stay that little bit easier.
