It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. Visit the village of Watkins for the excellent bars, eateries, and shops. Watkins Glen State park offers the Gorge to hike and sight see. Sugar Hill State Forest has miles of hiking trails, hunting, horseback riding, etc. Watkins is at the south end of Seneca lake where you can kayak, swim, boat, and fish.
