Loved our time here. It was a great space to stretch out after spending time in NYC. Lots of fun extras for the kids like the toys and games in the shanty. Great proximity to church historical sites if that is of interest. Would recommend to anyone!

We loved our stay for our annual summer end vacation that we’re planning on booking for next year. The pool & hot tub are absolute perfection. We were able to comfortably cook all our meals & simply enjoy being in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels, pillows, linens & blankets. On top of the 4 beds, there is a Murphy bed & chairs that convert to beds! The property has gorgeous views of the bay with quiet but friendly neighbors. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with everything that you could possibly need then this is the place for you!

This modern farmhouse is an absolute dream! The setting is perfectly private and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet just a short 15-minute drive to multiple shopping plazas with everything you could need. It was the ideal spot for our family gathering—spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with entertainment for all ages. We enjoyed so much time on the front porch as well as in the barn playing pool, ping pong, pickleball and basketball! So much to do! The fully renovated main house and brand-new guest house provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The well-stocked kitchen made for easy meal prep, and we loved gathering around the large dining table (inside and out) for unforgettable family dinners. The kids had a blast with ‘Camp Cousins’—swimming in the hot tub, hanging out by the pool, playing games in the barn, and making memories that will last a lifetime. the kids enjoyed playing board games and watching movies in the huge bonus room.

The photos do not do this place justice - we snuck down for a long weekend with 3 teenagers, there was more than enough space for them to relax and do their thing - and also plenty to do for entertainment - ping pong/ air hockey/ darts... etc.! Place is spotless, views on water are perfect and unobstructed - this is a beautiful and quiet spot .... I wish we could have stayed longer and are planning to return without a doubt! If you are familiar with the area - this is less than a 1/2 mile walk to the town/ restaurants/ old lighthouse .... and less than 1/2 a mile to Kaitlynn Marine... maybe a mile to Tidesides. We were able to use the dock associated with the house for our boat - making it super easy! This was an ideal spot for a great weekend - so appreciate the attention to detail/ responsiveness .... and all of the above! thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! Patrick and Emily were excellent hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. When we needed a hand with something, Patrick came over within 10 minutes. The house itself is cozy and welcoming, spotless, and well-appointed. The location is also fantastic—close to everything we needed while still feeling peaceful and private. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. It’s beautiful, luxurious, roomy and peaceful. The king size bed in the primary bedroom is to die for. I want the bed & the linens! Really beautiful! Emily allowed us to check in early after taking a redeye, which gave us time for a much needed nap. Thank you, Emily. Fantastic place!

what an amazing week on the lake! The host was super kind and responsive. The home was cozy and truly felt like a home away from home. Lots of good fishing from the dock. Husband spent the week fishing (there is a bait shop in walking distance), and I spent a lot of time sitting on the dock reading. So peaceful. Will definitely be back!

This is a fantastic place for a getaway with family/friends. Ben & Juli were always responsive and kind. Check-in/check-out is very straightforward and easy to follow; no issues getting in/out of the house. The kitchen was stocked up with all of the necessities. We cooked every morning and evening. The location is gorgeous and with the included kayaks/paddle board, you can go for a relaxing paddle at sunrise or sunset. It was great to sit around the fire pit with a bayfront view, and looking at all the stars was a bonus! Everyone in our group felt comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and towels. The house was perfect for our group and I would absolutely return to this home for another vacation.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with great amenities. Exactly as it looks in pictures. Great location. Easy to get to Rochester and nearby towns. Loved playing pool!

Our trip to Sally's place was great. We were two families of four doing a long weekend trip. The home was very clean and we had plenty of sleeping room with the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the addition of the basement area that had a great set up for the kids to sleep and hang out. The location of the home was close to great restaurants and the Marina. It is in a really nice neighborhood with other homes nearby, so you really have to mind your P's and Q's and prepare to be stared at by the neighbor on the right. That really wasn't a problem for us at all, but it was a little strange. Sally was a great host and was able to accomodate all our requests. She even was able to give us a couple extra hours on the end of the trip since no one was coming in after us. That made our clean up and packing SO much less stressful. Thank you Sally ! Sending... Great place, nice and quiet and homey

First off, we are a repeat customer which says a great deal. We love so many things about Emily’s cottage. I love the layout, the amenities and the location. The cottage is just as described. We utilized the whole house and we were very comfortable in all rooms. The beads were very comfortable. The green space in the back is a huge plus it there are kids staying at the cottage. The grill and fire pit were perfect. We parked our cars and never moved them for our entire 5 day stay. Everything is easy access, town, restaurants, beach, sunsets, sidewalks, views….. it really has it all. And, Emily is a wonderful host, quick and thorough in her responses. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay and can’t wait to return!

Great Airbnb right near Colloca winery. Very clean and modern with space to hangout together in the main room/kitchen area. Beautiful surroundings with the water close by!

This place was incredible! My group and I had a exquisite time at the lake house. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for this type of stay. You aren't far from town where they have a few great places to eat as well.

Our family really enjoyed this home for the week of July 4th. It is in a great location, has a large porch with a beautiful view, and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the kayaks and bikes. Also, Heather couldn’t have been nicer and more responsive! We definitely recommend staying here!

Fabulous host! She provided so many helpful suggestions about restaurants and grocery stores and tourism. Lots of rooms and plenty of beds, towels, kitchen supplies. Highly recommend.
