Ideal for guests who like quiteness away from the common railway and bustling street noises. Our guests particularly enjoy the greenery and wild life in the garden and the jungle ambience with pick your own seasonal fruits and veggies as well as the friendly people and culture. It is a very basic but homely house with added security suitable for everyone; families, kids and nature lovers.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
