This lovely older home is only 12 - 15mins drive to Wellington CBD, and located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Tiny Inner City Cottage

Cute and quirky 1890s Cottage on the city fringe. A 15ish min walk to the heart of the city or Oriental Bay. A nice little private courtyard with BBQ & a little balcony off the bedroom where you can look out at the neighbouring houses and beyond. Light bfast included. The bathroom is OUTSIDE across the courtyard. The stairs to the bedroom are narrow and steep. Gary my cat stays, let me know if you'd like to feed him, he's super friendly. 3rd guest can stay on the cosy day bed/couch
