This is what our guests wrote: "This property is just perfect. If you want warm & cozy this is the place for you. Exactly as described, beautifully clean and with loads of little things thought about all makes for a very comfortable stay. No it's not in the middle of the city but the quiet suburb, view over the city from the street & lovely place more than make up for that plus it is only a 10 minute drive. Will be staying again" We add- great location to the Ferry (10 min drive). Free Parking

Close to public transport, the city center, university and botanical gardens. A 2 min walk to the Cable Car to explore downtown Wellington. Victoria University is 5 mins walk away, while the Botanical Gardens border the property. Self-contained 2 bedroom flat with own bathroom and kitchenette, central heating, free wifi and separate access. Hosts live above. The Garden area has native birds and harbour views.
