Lovely place! Owners and staff are great people. Made me incredibly welcomed to Sierra Leone, got a yummy meal and a great night's sleep, and helped me get settled and off to the ferry. Would recommend anyone to stay here on their way into Sierra Leone.

We loved our stay at Auberge La Praline in Toubakouta. The accommodation was simple but clean and pleasant, and very spacious. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved playing in it. Above all there was a friendly atmosphere and this is a relatively small and intimate place to stay. Toubakouta is a beautiful small town and well worth a visit, but the expert suggestions of Yéyé (apologies if i've spelt it wrong) about what to do and offers to help arranging excursions, drivers, boat tours are well worth your time. All the staff were helpful, friendly and laid back and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Best service I've experienced in years of coming to Ghana. The room I stayed in was simple but comfortable and everything worked. All staff welcoming far above the industry norm.

Merci Ali, notre séjour était tellement paisible grâce à vous tous! The Kibalaou is a bit remote from the villages like Cap or Diembering. You can get to the former by using a local taxi which will cost about 4000 CFA one way so that adds up. You can also walk on the beach to Diembering and it will take an hour but it’s so amazing to have such a Long Beach pretty much to yourself. You can literally see between 1 to 6 people on average when walking an hour. If you want to be close to the action, don’t stay here. If you want to be in peace, this is the perfect place. The staff is super king and friendly, the prices are reasonable and their cooking is delicious. Strong recommend. We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying for 2 more nights.

Un merveilleux endroit ... Séjourner chez Frédérique c'est être bercée par le bruit des vagues, se laisser guider pour les excursions ( très bons contacts avec locaux), partager des moments chaleureux, conviviaux, drôles autour d'une cuisine maison ( ah les oeufs frais le matin !!) jouer avec ses chiens adorables... L'hébergement est très confortable, très bonne literie, un bel espace, une piscine fort agréable. Vous l'avez compris nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet endroit !! Et en partant on se dit quelle chance d'avoir fait cette belle rencontre humaine et quelle chance d'y avoir séjourné plusieurs jours. Merci pour tout.

A nice little escape in the heart of Kumasi, away from all the noise and rush of the city. The place has a cool vibe, with interesting antique pieces and a great art collection. Great hosts too. Oh, and there is a parrot!!

To anyone who is wanting to travel to Ghana and want to stay in a friendly and peaceful environment. I recommend Groove Haven Lodge. They are very Flexible to work with, I love their Air condition. I had a nice relaxing 14 days at Groove Haven Lodge. very Clarn. bathroom, hot water, kitchen nice. cook your own food if you which. Francis is always available when you called him for help. I appreciate them . I will stay at this place any time I travel to Ghana. Thank you.

j'ai passé 3 jours exceptionnel grâce à mon hôte Fatou. la maison est magnifique et la chambre était parfaite. Aussi, Fatou ma fait des repas et des petits déjeuners délicieux et servis sur la terrasse. Elle m'a aussi proposer des super activités : pêche, balade du Delta et cours de cuisine. Merci encore pour tout.

I had a wonderful solo beach getaway at Sunflower Resort. The setting was beautiful and serene, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with myself. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and treated like family. The staff on-site were incredibly helpful, always ensuring I had everything I needed. I especially enjoyed spending my days by the seaside, taking in the peaceful atmosphere, listening to music, and journaling. The included breakfast was a nice touch and made my mornings even more enjoyable. My only suggestion would be updating the bathroom, but aside from that, everything was great. If you’re looking for a tranquil escape with warm hospitality, Sunflower Resort is a lovely choice. I’ll definitely be back!

Chez Sarah et Thom vous trouverez une ambiance familiale, joyeuse et internationale. Ils cultivent en permaculture un jardin magnifique dans lequel vous trouverez toujours un palmier, bananier ou manguier sous lequel vous poser pour profiter de leur bibliothèque. Autour du bar se retrouvent toutes les nationalités pour un tournoi de pétanques ou une soirée reggae ou simplement le partage d'une rencontre avec les locaux. Sarah et Thom sont pleins de ressources pour vous organiser des visites dans la région et vous vous pourlècherez de la cuisine de Sarah. J'ai adoré mon trop bref séjour, j'y retournerai avec mes enfants car tout y est accueillant vu qu'ils ont un petit garçon de 2 ans.

We were a group of six people and had such a great time at Ellis’ place. The atmosphere is very special and peaceful and the feeling of being in the jungle, surrounded by nature and hearing the sound of the waves all the time was simply amazing. Ellis prepared wonderful breakfasts and dinners for us and meeting the other guests we all became like a family. It was only a short 1 minute walk to the beach - the coastline is amazing and good for jogging or yoga and there is a restaurant not far away to spent the day. The accommodation was very basic but provided everything we needed. We hope to be back one day.

Ma femme et moi avons passé un super séjour chez Nathalie. Le jardin avec piscine est très mignon et reposant. Le logement quand à lui correspond à 100% au descriptif et nous y avons bien dormi. De plus, Nathalie est une hôte très accueillante et attentive au bien être de ses clients. Nous recommandons cette location aux personnes cherchant le calme et le « luxe ». La géolocalisation permet également d’être proche des sites touristiques (d’ailleurs Nathalie propose pas mal d’activités avec des partenariats vous permettant de faciliter vos excursions) Bref super expérience.

La Villa Rossa feels so much like home I came back again! Ronza is like family, she even cooked for me once! I had everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable for my work and business needs once again. Anytime I come back to Côte d’Ivoire I will come back to my home La Villa Rossa!

Merci à toute l’équipe de l’Indigo House pour ce séjour dans leur super maison d’hôte et particulièrement à Aminata qui s’est montré très disponible et à l’écoute tout au long de mes différents séjours. La maison d’hôte est idéalement situé, le quartier est calme, on y trouve à proximité la Corniche et des commerces, de plus elle est sécurisée. Les chambres sont propres (entretenues avec le passage régulier de la femme de ménage); décorées avec goût et très bien agencés avec tout à disposition (pantoufles, peignoir, machine à café, mini frigo…) C’est bien évidement sans hésité que je séjournerai de nouveau chez Aminata lors de mes prochains séjours à Dakar.

Solid option for any backpacking tourists. The place is close to the beach with lots to do like explore the shipwreck and surfing. The host, Olivier, is very helpful and laid back. He provides beers and water for cheap as well as an option for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included. If you want to get there from Monrovia, I recommend taking a shared taxi to Robertsport from Duala Market. It is very doable

Malgré un court séjour chez Mme Gaby, j’ai été marqué par son hospitalité exceptionnelle. C’est une hôte unique, d’une grande gentillesse et toujours prête à rendre service. Son attention aux détails et sa disponibilité font toute la différence. On se sent immédiatement chez soi grâce à son accueil chaleureux et son sourire communicatif. Je recommande vivement son logement à quiconque recherche une expérience conviviale et agréable.

Ravie d’avoir pu passer quelques jours au sein de la maison d’Oumar, un super hôte, disponible, aux petits soins et à l’écoute. Oumar a de très bonnes recommandations et un super carnet d’adresse qui permet de pouvoir faire toutes les activités de Saint-Louis avec des personnes passionnées. Vous pourrez lui faire confiance les yeux fermés. La maison est charmante, bien décoré et reposante. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Un cadre idéal si vous avez besoin de vous ressourcer. La maison est très bien située et le quartier est vivant et paisible à la fois. Un grand merci à Omar ainsi qu’à son équipe pour ce superbe séjour.

First off, the host was very kind to help us check-in a bit early due to our flight schedule. she was very receptive and accommodating. The place feel safe with a 24h security and there are plenty of space and relaxing activities such as swimming, spa, jacuzzi and even enjoy music/sport on the big screen. My partner and I loved that it was well located in Cocody. Everything seemed close from there. And outside the resorts, there is a pharmacy, local stores, restaurants, which is great. We payed for breakfast everyday and it was duly delivered without even delays. Customer service, top notch.
