I am offering an hour of meditation, breath work, sound healing and other relaxing techniques in the desert. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. All levels are welcome. We will open the class by a couple sounds of AUM to create some vibrational bounds with each other. A guided meditation will follow as well as different breathing techniques. And we will end the class on a sound healing journey. The goal of this experience is to create a safe space to step into your real self. No pets allowed. Fragrance Design Workshop

We’ll introduce you to the process and materials that comprise fragrance creation. We'll spend about half the workshop smelling our way through a selection of about 50 raw ingredients, while discussing fragrance and blending techniques. You'll spend the remainder of the workshop developing and blending your own fragrance, with tips and pointers along the way. After this, you'll turn your fragrance into a 10mL oil-based roll-on personal fragrance. You’ll take home your very own scent creation compounded and mixed into a 10mL roll-on bottle of perfume. Other things to note: - Avoid wearing strong fragrances to this workshop as it may disrupt yours' and others' olfactory experience. - Please note we do require one reservation per person; due to the involved nature of this workshop we cannot accommodate extra guests without reservations - Occasionally we run a tad long, please let us know upon arrival if you have a hard out at 3pm! **We will be taking a short hiatus from workshops starting mid-April. Cow Cuddle Therapy

Our Cow Cuddle Therapy starts with a basic safety tutorial, and then we enter the paddock to meet the cows. After a brief introduction we will then: -Pet and groom cows -Hug cows -Lay Down and Cuddle Cows! - Whilst cuddling you can be expected to learn all about cows, their milk, and how they benefit the garden and the environment! (Note: we are a sanctuary for cows we never sell or kill any bovines. We do milk cows, but only the excess milk the calves cant drink. We call this cruelty-free dairy! In the past we have had vegan guests that loved the experience, but also have had upset vegan guests, so this is just a full disclosure!) Yoga at Edwards Greenhouse!

When you arrive to Edwards Greenhouse you will be directed to the yoga area. In the Spring/Summer season classes are held in The Legacy Garden on the northside of the greenhouse. In the Fall/Winter we are located within the greenhouse. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or a yoga mat can be provided. Your yoga class begins with a 10 minute meditation to bring you into the body and into the space. You will follow with a 45 minute physical asana (poses) class. ALL CLASSES are beginner friendly. The class will end with a 20-25 minute color meditation. The intent for my yoga classes is to create more Awareness of the Mind Body Spirit! It is to connect with the Energy that you are outside of your physical body! My teachings include movement of the body through balancing poses, stretching positions & QiGong movements. Classes also include a deep meditation to open up the 7 major Chakra energy centers of the body. We are Raising our Vibrations to match that of the Earths Vibration! As Above So Below As Within So Without!
