On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. Conveniently located just off the highway, with plenty of quiet street parking. It’s only about a 5min walk to Countdown/Warehouse, a 15min walk from downtown, & about 10 to the botanical gardens & hospital. The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, kettle, hot plate, and air fryer/electric oven. You will likely meet our friendly cat, Murphy! X2 bikes if requested

Our place is located at an old school it is devided into two house's in one. All bathrooms are in the middle. Full kitchen, two bedroom home with large lounge and sunroom all seperate from Our end. Please note that the bedrooms are visually private only. They are divided by 3/4 high corrugated iron walls, as part of the old classroom. The other part being the lounge area.
