Holiday rentals in West Philippine Sea

Our stay at Edgar's place made our LU trip truly special and FUN. Overall, we recommend booking his place for your stay. It’s a bit of a walk to head to surf town as it will take around 30 mins to get there on foot, so it’s best to take a trike or bring a car (but make sure the locations have parking). The place is clean and comfy. It has everything you need: smartTV, wifi, a few boardgames, cooking area (dirty and clean kitchen), and an outdoor patio. It's also a 3-5min walk to a beach side for your daily dose of nature. The host, Edgar was very accommodating. He gave a quick tour as soon as we arrived, he lent us a tent and chairs to set up at the beach nearby and helped set up the tent with us. (Thank you, Edgar!!!) He and Miriam also sent over a fruit basket, which we loved! Great constant communication over Airbnb too. Honestly, the hospitality is what made the stay so incredible. Will definitely come back again! Thank you Edgar for the wonderful stay!

Eunice and Kit were very responsive and helpful as host. The room was as described, the apartment itself stands out in BGC area, just opposite of Uptown Mall. The room was clean, we needed to stay on the floor and the arrangement for that was adequate, had no problem. The wifi and TV works nicely. The kitchen was clean. It was a great stay!

The view was superb!! It is indeed a million dollar view of Taal volcano. The place was clean and spacious, complete with heating appliances for food. It is also very near to food places and a nice place to stroll around. My only concern is the elevator and lobby of Wind Residences because it is not airconditioned and felt so hot. I hope the property management do something about this.

The place is perfect! • Sleeping: 1 Double Bed with single Pull-out plus a Sofa Bed. • Kitchen: You can cook! • Wifi: Quite fast. They have Netflix. • Toilet: Very clean! The washing machine is a bonus. • Balcony: Facing the pool area. • Pool Area: Amazing! • Location: Near the elevator. Alfamart is just around the corner on the Ground Floor. • Host: Very responsive and attentive to our needs despite the holidays (Highly appreciate this) This unit is highly recommended! We will definitely book again.

A perfect getaway from the city! 🙌 The place was spotless, spacious, and incredibly relaxing. ✨ The host was warm and helpful, and even provided pet shampoo for our dogs, which was such a thoughtful touch. They also have a menu available if you’d like to order food, which made things even more convenient. The beach is just a short and easy walk away. Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d love to book again! 💞
