Nestled in the heart of the West Sussex countryside, this warm, cosy flat is perfect for individuals/couples wanting to get away from it all. The living area (above our garage) consists of double bedroom and a toilet/shower room. A kitchen can be accessed via outside steps. A car is essential for this location. Many walks (including the South Downs), pubs, vineyards, the sea and other sites of interest all within a short drive. Great base for Knepp, Arundel, Goodwood, Kinsbrook, Brighton.

Top floor brand new loft conversion. Very bright and airy. Stunning views of the sea and the downs from all rooms. Large living/dining/kitchen, bedroom and fab bathroom. Photos do not do it justice. Lovely Victorian house. 5 minutes walk to sea, restaurants, bars etc. 10 mins walk into town. Beautiful park 5 mins away. Quiet road. Buddhist centre with cafe opposite. Lots of buses 5 minutes away.
