Our villa’s name comes from the Italian phrase “Strada Castello”, meaning “the road of the castle”- a beautiful tribute to the history of this unique place. The letter “K” carries a special meaning—a loving dedication to our grandmother, to whom the house originally belonged. Set amid lush nature and sea breeze, the villa blends understated luxury, comfort, and authentic hospitality.

The apartment at the 'Erietta' is spacious, comfortable and gives the sense to the guests that they are at home.
