The letter “K” carries a special meaning—a loving dedication to our grandmother, to whom the house originally belonged. We integrated stone, marble, and wood as much as possible to conform into the nature of the hills around us and made sure every space has access to the panoramic view of the Ionian Sea as much as possible. Named after that relaxing minimalist vibe and the balance between mountain, sky and sea blue all around.
