This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.

The entrance is marked by a wooden fence featuring a blue address number, illuminated by soft lighting. Green foliage is visible near the entryway, contributing to a welcoming ambiance. The surrounding area is kept in evening shadows, adding to the sense of privacy.
