Ballina Town Centre - 'Cornerways' A Lovely House.

Our town centre location ensures shops, bars, cafés & restaurants are a few steps away. Street parking (€2 for 24hrs) & a disabled space is outside the door. For fishermen, the river Moy & Ridge Pool are 2 minutes walk. The property is very secure & of a high standard with 2 double beds in 1 room on the upper floor. This is an exceptional property. Florence's House is a period house that has been wonderfully restored to its former glory with original sash windows with shutters and ceiling coving. The entire south facing rear of the living /kitchen area is glass (a la Room to Improve) and looks out onto a very stunning stone clad rear yard. One of the former bedrooms upstairs has been turned into a large bathroom with separate shower unit. The attic has been converted to replace the 2nd bedroom.
