Foley's Cottage - Restored 18th century Farmhouse.

Foley's Cottage is an old (18th century), restored , traditional, stone built farmhouse on a working family farm. The cottage has been restored sympathetically using original and locally sourced recycled materials. The roof timbers for example were sawn from trees grown on the farm. Also the kitchen units were handmade by a local craftsman, from recycled pitch pine. There are old beams and traditional real pine boarded floors. In addition, the cottage has all modern conveniences.

Tinnaberna View: Beautiful bungalow on a very spacious site with picturesque countryside views all around. Very sunny patio and living room / kitchen area with sea view. 15 minutes walk to Tinnabearna Beach, very quiet road. The house is very warm, built with the newest energy standards. We have fast unlimited Internet and a big LG SmartTV (65"). Weekly bookings only in July & August.

Turrock Cottage is situated on the Tinahely to Clonegal leg of the Wicklow Way, with views over Sth Wicklow and Nth Wexford, within a farmyard and close to the house where we live. Perfect for exploring SE Ireland or staying put and admiring the view in the beautiful heart of Co. Wicklow. The views say it all and you will want to return to Turrock Cottage again and again.
