Te Kotahi is a centrally located residence adjacent to the Hatea river, only a 5-minute walk to Mair Park with a playground and great walks through the bush and into town. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to local supermarkets, the waterfront and CBD. The house is packed with homely features: washing machine, dryer, extensive kitchen equipment, air fryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, barbeque, pool and indoor-outdoor flow. There are 3 air conditioners, good WiFi, and a smart TV with Netflix.

Garden Hill Cottage, Maungatapere

Away from the hustle bustle, enjoy this quiet serene spot. The property is well off the highway and the neighbouring orchards screen us from traffic noise. The cottage is nestled between small avocado and mixed fruit orchards, with a view out to the small pond and post’n’rail fenced paddocks beyond. Last minute bookings are usually no problem - we respond quickly. Relax with the family (with up to 3 children) in this organic permaculture lifestyle block with animals that love being fed.

4 bedroom home nestled in native bush only 2k from city centre. Restful, private and scenic place to unwind. There are 3 indoor lounge areas - 2 have SmartTVs, Netflix and Sky. There are 3 outdoor seating areas- one has large outdoor table (seats 9) perfect for BBQ and eating outdoors. The pool is just over 1 metre deep which means children over 6 years can stand in pool. Pool toys available The host lives in the house when there are no guests so has well -equipped pantry and kitchen

Whangarei Rural Gem

Location is a peaceful rural bush setting only 5-10 mins by car from Whangarei CBD. It is a 10 minute walk or one minute drive to both AH Reed Park and Abbey Caves. There are 30 minute walks to both the Town Basin and Whangarei Falls or 30 minute drive to popular local beaches. We are offering half of our home to air bnb guests. There is a locked door between our half and the guest space which ensures guest privacy. Guests have own separate entrance and facilities. There is ample parking.
