Amy’s Barn - a quiet, coastal self-contained flat.

Amy’s Barn is the top floor of an old barn which you enter via external stairs. It is a lovely, bright flat with a separate bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. Great for a couple, a dog (+ baby). It is situated within the garden of our home, with immediate access to a quiet lane and then footpaths for walks/bikes. There is an outdoor seating for guests too. We are on the edge of the village with views of surrounding countryside, sea glimpses, St Agnes Beacon + 1.5m to Porthtowan beach.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Cycle and walking paths, including the coast-to-coast path, accessible directly opposite the cottage, 1 mile from the A30, 2.5 miles to the idyllic surf beach of Porthtowan, 3.5 miles to the beautiful village of St Agnes and 4 miles to Portreath, it's the ideal base to enjoy and explore all that Cornwall offers. Just over 3 miles from Redruth train station (or 8 miles to Truro train station) and on a bus route.
