Very beautiful home with a great pool. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with privacy.

We had a great time staying at Lana's place. Lana is a very accommodating and lovely host who even provided us with snacks and pastries upon arrival. There was nothing missing. The house is very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The pool was of course also a highlight and the nearby coves are very nice.

Mia has a beautiful home. It was lovely! The garden in the back, the patio and the gorgeous sun room were fantastic. Mia’s mother delivered lovely pastries from her shop and some delicious local prosciutto. She was super responsive to anything we needed. The location was fantastic. We just hopped on the tram and went into the city. The layout was great for 5 people. HIGHLY recommend

We really enjoyed staying at Damir's place. He is a very friendly and helpful host. Even before our stay, communication went very well and on site he gave us many tips. We (5 adults, 2 children and a dog) were accommodated in two apartments - a larger one and a smaller one where everything was available for daily use. In addition, everything was clean and in order. Damir lives with his family directly above, so was always available to us and yet we had our privacy. The house has a spacious and well-kept property with pool right outside the door, ample parking and a great barbecue area with covered and illuminated seating, which we have often and gladly used. Thank you Damir for letting us spend our vacation with you and your family!

We really liked atmosphere of the place. Felt very comfortable there and felt welcomed by very nice owner.

recommended accommodation for a large group of friends or family perfect amenities. hyper-functional appliances . abundance of fridge spaces and kitchen utensils (always comfortable in summer) nearby towns are easily accessible ( apart from the obvious codes of Croatian August). beach 1.5 km (difficult to reach on foot. ) Caribbean Dina was kind and also gave us a lot of suggestions.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The villa is a peaceful retreat with stunning views that are truly breathtaking. We had a absolutely amazing holidays with my family of 11 ( 6 adults and 5 kids age of 4,8,11,11,15) All 4 The apartments are great and very clean with all necessary accessories (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge air conditioning and more). The accommodation is pretty spacious and comfortable with amazing Patio. What we loved is the fact that we were all together in one Villa but we all had own space too. 
 We also enjoyed spending time in the pool. Kids had the best time ever! 
 The nearest large supermarket is a 15 minute drive and closest beach 8 minutes drive. The contact with Eda and her husband is very good, they will help with everything. Such a lovely and kind people! 
 There were parking spaces in front of the villa too. 
 We had an amazing time and would ABSOLUTELY recommend it to anyone! My all family had best time ever!

Gianna is a wonderful person. Communication with her is easy and pleasant, she is always available, very kind and helpful. The house has a great view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. The pool allows ample private use – we were six adults and two kids, and from the square it was a perfect fit. Billiards and a small ping pong table are also available if you feel like playing. A small supermarket is at walking distance. Restaurants and shopping are about a 10-minute drive away. Śmrika is a nice, quiet little village. I can only recommend this accommodation! The only downside was the mattresses – they are very soft and easy to push in by hand. Also, there was no bedding cover so I had to buy new linens at Lidl. Otherwise, everything was very comfortable. Very beautiful home and beautiful setting they all of trees were magical

Boris is an accommodating, friendly and unobtrusive host, communication was impeccable. He lives with his family in the back of the building complex, but you hardly notice anything. The house is magnificent and offers ample space for 2-3 parties, is superbly equipped and has a great outdoor area. The location leaves nothing to be desired. In no time at all, you can reach the sea and choose between different bays or walk along a well-developed path. The beaches are largely maintained, the sea exceptionally cool due to inflowing groundwater. From the main beach you can fish excellently and catch many different fish species with good size. The seaside snack restaurant "Me Gusta" always seems to be open and offers delicious snacks and drinks at affordable prices. Good shopping is nearby and can be reached quickly and easily by car.

We had a great time in Dobrinj. The apartment suited us very well. I recommend to all who need to spend their holidays in peace.

She took us on short notice, it was nice and we were even able to check in early. When we entered the apartment, there was both beer wine juice and water for us, and a snack basket. You felt welcome

Such a wonderful place to stay. The sweet house is so peaceful with beautiful surroundings, scenery and views. We were made to feel very welcome and the bunnies were the highlight of my daughter's holiday. Hammocks, outside chairs and loungers dotted around the garden meant you could find the perfect spot at any time of the day to relax or eat a meal. We BBQd on the fire pit and watched the sunset over dinner. The kids enjoyed the trampoline, the small pool and the ball games. The house is very comfortable and well equipped too. Highly recommend.

The house and garden are really well maintained and even nicer than in the pictures. The kitchen is as well equipped as you could wish for. The hosts are fantastic too ~ such nice people with tips and advice regarding beaches, restaurants etc. but never intrusive. We had a really lovely stay ~ I particularly loved relaxing in their wonderful garden in the evenings. Highly, highly recommended house and simply wonderful hosts

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Ivana and her husband leave nothing to be desired in the accommodation. The house is so incredibly well equipped that you feel right at home. Ivana takes care of her guests from the time of booking until the time of departure. My questions were answered very well and in detail within a few minutes. Ivana has valuable tips on food and activities. She and her husband are very warm and hospitable. They arrive specially for the farewell and give their guests gifts. We were very happy in the house and felt very comfortable.

A nice quiet cottage in the heart of nature. The volleyball / badminton court and the rackets and ball provided were appreciated by all. Nikola is very available and considerate. Recommended!

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

Our stay at Zlatko's house was just perfect. The accommodation was clean and we had everything we needed. There was enough space to park one car plus three motorbikes. Zlatko was communicating with us almost daily, asking whether we needed something. He answerd and helped us with everything. We will definitely come back again next year.

Everything was wonderful! The place is really amazing, perfect for those who seek silence and quiet. Ideal for those who enjoy living immersed in nature. The apartment is small but is very well equipped. Very cozy and clean. The barbecue area and the garden are perfect, several trees with fruit and lots of shade. The town of Senj is beautiful and the restaurants are wonderful, I recommend Kod Veska and Gostianica Jablan For those travelling with your pet, control the beaches that allow animals. There are some pet friendly beach restrictions in the area. In most it was an amazing experience, having the opportunity to live like this in the middle of nature was really quite an experience. The neighboring dog “Fear” is the cutest thing you will ever know. Mirosvlav was very fast and available and Cristina whenever we needed she was there to help us. We can't wait to come back and explore even further. See soon

We were here at the beginning of September with a total of 7 adults, 4 children between 1.5 and 5 years and a baby. The house, the outdoor area and the complete equipment are at a very high level, everything is in a very good condition, works and is very clean. Internet/Wifi is very good with a large cover even on the outside. Everything is there to accommodate even larger groups. We used the barbecue and the covered dining area outside almost daily. It is the ideal house if you don't want to leave for a day or another or the other or just take a smaller hike at the doorstep. The road up to the house is thoroughly tarred and is also no problem with a camper. You have a magnificent view over the sea and it is very quiet up there. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. We were a little too early and even got a welcome drink:-) We can highly recommend the house especially for large families or for groups of friends.

The stay in the house was very pleasant. Great terraces, bathing ladder and outdoor shower. Two bedrooms and the large living room have air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We were greeted with a delicious strudel by Luka's mother and "saying goodbye" with delicious crepes. There is a good fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. All in all a good place to stay. We felt very comfortable.
