Darling historic home, decorated for the time period of the home. Wonderful covered front porch with rockers. Quiet walkable neighborhood with well kept historic homes. You can walk downtown in about 20-25 minutes. Comfortable beds, large bathroom. Kitchen and bathroom through master. Kitchen is tiny, microwave, small refrigerator

Very quiet and peaceful setting, with comfortable surroundings, located in the area we needed to be in.

The hosts were very kind and I appreciated how responsive they were and flexible with our check in/check out time. We checked out a little bit past our expected time and we were greeted by the hosts on our way out. The hosts were very personable and understanding of our travel situation, we didn’t feel pressured at all with our check out process even though we needed an extra hour to rest and another 20 mins to check out , just communicate with the hosts . I was able to have some peaceful sleep after a cross country road trip, even if it was a few hours, it’s what I needed to be refreshed before finishing our trip. The place was very spacious and accommodating, guest house was pristine, and instructions were crystal clear. Easy to find. Peaceful neighborhood i would highly recommend this place for your stay.

The Red Suite is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette perfect for what we needed (breakfasts). The outdoor space was really nice, sunset views and a lot of birds singing. We didn't use the pool, but if it were hotter it would be very inviting. It was a perfect hangout for us visiting family in Franklin!

Laura is a wonderful host and awesome person! Felt like we were part of the family!! Her dog Poppy was pretty cool too!! Her house is awesome!! I can't wait to go back!!

Mark was an amazing host ! Place was very clean and he responded every time I messaged him. Helped us out when we didn’t know where to go what to eat. We did think it was a little over priced for the small space but other than 10/10. Area was safe.

The home was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the grounds were so nice and serene. The hosts were great. My family loved staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Great location near shopping, downtown Franklin, restaurants, parks. Nice desk if you have to work. Friendly host. Pretty neighborhood. Tips: Front door sticks a bit, give it a firm push. Bedroom has blinds, but they let in some light. If you like it dark, it helps to close the en-suite bathroom door. Main living space has no window coverings, but trees provide some privacy. Kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. There are 2 plush bathrobes provided.

I stayed here for a month while I visited my family and looked for home to purchase in the area. Mark and Charlotte are great! Both are gracious and affable and treated me like family. You can tell they take pride in their place and enjoy hosting. This is my second time staying here and will be my go to place for my future visits to the area. I highly recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful stay at Williams. The place was clean and very comfortable. Close to everything and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home & property!! Very relaxing atmosphere. Stayed one week~ the Iocation was great! Close to everything, in a peaceful country setting. Luciana was SO accommodating, very kind, & fast to reply. I inquired for a last min (like 2 hours) stay, and Luciana had gotten everything ready for me!! Would definitely stay here again!
