This home is located in a very quiet, gated community on the water! This cozy home features a covered patio with views of the lake with private dock for catch-&-release fishing or stargazing under the desert sky. As the sun sets, gather around the bonfire and soak in the sounds of nature. The house stays extra cool with A/C, solar screens, & blackout blinds. Your pet will ❤️ the doggy door. There is no garage access or parking in the backyard.
