Venture into the Kouga-Baviaans Wilderness area to the comfortable Waboom Cottage on the beautiful farm Mooigedacht. The 36 km stretch of scenic gravel road is part of your holiday. Once here relax, do nothing, hike, cycle or picknick while spending quality time with family or friends. The well equipped cottage has electric blankets, gas heater and indoor fireplace/braai. A beautiful, light wooden cottage set on a horse farm. The cottage overlooks a dam and is flanked by majestic mountains and green pastures. The Nature's Valley beach, lagoon and hiking trails are just a 10 minute drive away. The farm itself has many activities available such as stunning walking/cycling trails, river pools for swimming, rock jumping, horseback outrides, bass fishing, polo lessons and more.

Cloud Cottage

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.

AfriCamps at Oakhurst on the Garden Route

Suikerbossie Mountain Cabin

Soak up the peace and quietness while enjoying the true beauty that nature has to offer. The cabin was completed just before the lockdown. The building of the cabin was started by my husband and completed only 2 years later in remembrance of him.
