Stables - Hillside Guest Farm

A fully off-grid experience, surrounded by the Swartberg and Outeniqua mountains and an hour or so drive from George, Oudtshoorn and surrounds. Unit is furnished to accommodate 4 (four) guests and is also fenced and pet-friendly. While there are no hiking trails on the farm, we are close to many of the Garden Route's scenic hikes. Enjoy beautiful views, peace and spectacular stargazing. The unit does not have wi-fi and cell service is limited, and is accessed via farm (dirt) roads - see Notes.

Ou Doc's Quirky house in Outeniqua Mountains

This unique and quirky little house has a charm of its own. Nestled between the beautiful langkloof mountains at the foot of the Prince Alfreds Pass(longest past in its original state in South Africa) . This is a magical Breakaway just an hour’s drive from the Karoo or the coast. The Main bedroom is cozy and fitted with a double bed and a fireplace, a lounge area in the middle with lazy couches to sit and read a book on and the other bedroom which has 2 stack beds in and can sleep 4 people.

We have a fully self catering Cabin and a Glamping tent site, each with their own a kitchen fully equipped with utensils. A kingsize bed and a single bed. Sleeps 3. Many hiking trails. We have created an eco cabin +treehouse site in the mountains built from natural materials. Our rustic outdoor cabin is situated on the river bank with river rapids and rock pool on your doorstep. Totally off the grid, vir a nature getaway!

Cloud Cottage

Cloud Cottage is located on Voogsekraal estate. The estate stretches along the mountainous and truly breathtaking Prince Alfred Pass. The estate forms part of the Outeniqua Mountains. This means exquisite views, waterfalls and walks.  The cottage is nestled into the hillside, amidst rockery and fynbos. With no neighbouring farms, cell reception, nor electricity, one is able to experience a true getaway.
