Cosy bungalow in nice wee village; shops and train/bus routes. The Ground floor is included in this listing; upstairs is kept for storage. One double bed only, the listing says one bed in lounge, only sofas but I can’t correct this… There is a covered deck out the back door, great for sitting out in the rain! Good base for access to rest of NW Scotland; on the edge of the NC500, 14 miles from Inverness. Please read the house manual; note this is a quiet street and not a party house..

A mile to the NC500, 15 miles from Inverness and the airport a wee hop on, amenities and activities are close but we're peacefully rural- backing on to enchanting ancient woods. Enjoy a wee dram? We're a walkable 1.5 mile to the award-winning Glen Ord Distillery! With the elevated, balcony's fresh air, birdsong and picturesque views- expect to be captivated, but do please allow yourselves time to enjoy- 2 nights doesn't do it justice!

The property is situated in a secluded part of our garden approximately 22 meters from the main house, with stunning views onto a beautiful field and Wardlaw Mausoleum (Outlander) We are just 1 mile from the NC500 route, 8 miles from Inverness,, 4 miles from the the pretty little village of Beauly. There is an hourly bus service that runs from kirkhill which can take you to both places. Achnagairn castle is just a 5 minute walk away.
