Originally built as a shack in the 1950s it now has a few creature comforts like a gas heater, gas hot water and gas stove as the settlement has no mains power. A small solar system provides lights for the evening, also runs the TV/DVD, can also charge laptops and keeps the large 450Lt fridge/freezer nice and cold.

We are a small rural property surrounded by farmland and overlooking forest, quiet and serene, but only 10 minutes from Manjimup and 15 mins from Pemberton. The house is a farmhouse style with a 4 metre wide deck extending the length of the house. The house is separated into two sections, with no common areas other than a portion of the front deck, and separate entrances. We live in one section and the other section is for guests.
