Holiday rentals in Winston County

This was the second time we stayed at Grand Joe's Cottage. The first time was around Thanksgiving. This time we used it for our family's Christmas. Without us asking, Laura contacted me and asked if she should leave the Christmas decorations up, which was great. Even though our family wasn't able to get together until Jan 11, having the decorations still up made it feel like Christmas. We will gladly return to Grand Joe's Cottage in the future!!

The place was clean and private. Leesa provided plenty of towels. I would stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. The location was a little further out than I wanted but it was peaceful. The house was ok it’s an old home but Alex communicated well when I needed something. Overall stay I give a 4 like I said it’s an old home but has been kept up beds were comfortable.

Peggy was helpful and friendly and her space is amazing! We loved the remote feel of her property, but we were very close to great restaurant and activities! We are very near to Mississippi State University, which we attend a lot of functions there and will be booking again in the future for those! Easy check in and felt very safe. we played in a disc golf tournament in the state park which is just minutes away and the state park is so nice and the disc golf course is fun! I can see us coming back for the Nashoba County fair or the Choctaw Indian fair Mississippi state functions or possibly a day at the waterpark that is in Philadelphia. We loved this location.

The home was definitely a "contentment home." We were in town for a wedding and the home was in a central location - just a few miles from the church, the reception area, and my daughter's house. The space was perfect - roomy, efficient, well thought-out. There were numerous plug-in air fresheners - we unplugged half of them! We'll definitely check in again when we are in the area!

Amazing place! No neighbors is an understatement. It’s extremely peaceful and hiking trails right out front door

Beautiful place in a quiet area. Lauren was quick in responding to any questions I had. Highly recommend.

BNB was nice they didn't communicate well, didn't get the wrist bands at first paid,but did get them when someone pointed out that they were part of package,had to ask for extra towels three days in trash bags,toilet paper but otherwise was great!?thank you for letting us borrow your home for while
