I am within walking distance of Princess Alexandra Hospital, one of Brisbane's biggest hospitals, and a short bus ride from the Mater Hospital. There is a gym nearby, plus local dental and medical facilities. No meals are provided. Dutton Park railway station is the nearest to my place, about a 15 minute walk

Our cozy guesthouse is fully self-contained, having a kitchenette, spacious lounge area and master bedroom with an ensuite. There's an outdoor area just outside the master bedroom, perfect for meals on sunny days. We are a close drive to Brisbane City and other must-visit sites around the south of Brisbane. We are a 7 minute drive to upper Mount Gravatt shopping mall. Not suitable for pets . There is easy access to street parking just outside the guesthouse. We look forward to hosting you :)
