In 2008, our organic dairy farm also provides bed and breakfast accommodation at a location in an idyllic environment. In the heart of peat meadows with its many canals for canoeing, walking trails and cycling routes. To recreate in this beautiful part of the Netherlands is one step away. From the terrace it is possible to catch fish with a rod. The water which is characteristic of this area, is home to many species of fishes; such as pike, eels, carp, etc,. This beautiful landscape was the reason why the company is called 'Blikopdepolder', which means 'Viewofthepolder'. 'Blikopdepolder' is the perfect base to explore the Green Heart of the Netherlands and also as a place of return to find peace and quiet, because of the space and the convenience of the accommodation. The nearby village of Kamerik , in the middle of the polder, has a bakery, a butcher, a supermarket, a restaurant and a pub and is about 5 kilometres from the city of Woerden . In Woerden is a railway station and Amsterdam is only a 30 minute drive away. 'Blikopdepolder' consists of five apartments, which are well-equipped and have each a private terrace. Each accommodation bears a different name; Gele lis, Koekoeksbloem, Vergeetmenietje, Madeliefje and the Poldersuite. These flowers can also be found in the surrounding banks of the ditches. All apartments are self-sufficient and breakfast is available on request. There is ample parking space for bicycles and a large patio. Up to 20 people can be accommodated. So it is ideal for families to rent for reunions and celebrations. You are welcome as our guests at this outstanding location.

Rijnsaterwoude Guesthouse on island in Groene Hart

Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (about 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (about 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (about 35 minutes, car) and the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), boating, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Underneath the flight path of the spoonbill is apartment Het Nest. With a balcony against the walnut tree, in our garden where the curlew, the great spotted woodpecker and the winter king are regular guests. The name of our guest house is therefore obvious.
