Apartament New Joy

We stayed with two families with Henryk and his wife and we were so excited that we will definitely come back again. The apartment is very modern and clean and equipped with everything you might need for a nice stay. We especially liked the fireplace in the accommodation. The children loved the playground outside, the play corner in the house as well as the animals (horses, chickens, alpacas, goats, dog). Children were even allowed to ride and help with feeding. We adults especially liked the modern SPA area, which is definitely worth the money. Finally, I would like to highlight the very tasty breakfast buffet, which Henry's wife prepared for us. It was a very successful holiday that we recommend to friends.

Staying in Borycz helped you relax and take advantage of all the possibilities that the cottage and the neighborhood provides. The host is very kind and open to requests. We really appreciated the shared communication and quality of the cottage. The layout of the rooms and individual bathrooms helped a lot in the sense of intimacy and independence from other guests. We had a great time here and will definitely come back in the future.

Modern, clean and cozy apartment, a very peaceful and comfortable stay. Everything worked out well, communication with Chris and Anna was easy and they are very friendly. Location is also good, you can walk everywhere easily and the river is close, also nice parks nearby. 100 % recommendation!

A group of 7 friends had a great time here, hassle-free check-in, and the wellness zone is a plus. Clean, comfortable, welcoming. We had firewood, BBQ grill, fire sticks. The photos did not show a ladder to another "room" on the mezzanine. Minus the price of electricity for 2 days, but I think these amounts are in the Czech Republic.

I try to be honest in my reviews. communication was superior! Marcin helped me and made sure, I will find apartment Marcin was very helpful and flexible as circumstances forced me to leave earlier, he agreed despite the fact, that he has a minimum stay to help me, to checkout one day earlier! Thanks a lot again! About apartment: 1. Checking was super! maybe just prepare a photo where the actual entrance number D is, it could help! :-) 2. location on the map on Airbnb is inaccurate, not big, but still not accurate. in my opinion this is a general problem on Airbnb, should not happen! 3. cleanliness was OK, but could be improved. 4. Furniture is just standard Ikea, basic kitchen stuff. I was missing a Espresso coffee machine :-) 5. But: Apartment has 2 Air conditioner! so in summer time, and it is very hot in Wroclaw in summer timer, this comes very very handy! 6. One nogo: The bedight next to to bed are super super bright! Its more for getting up earlym but not for reading a book in the evening! :-) 7. Pricing is for my personal taste a bit too high for the standard of this apartment. (But this apartment has AC in bedroom and living room! Other apartments or hotels are in similar price range, so its probably a problem with high season in Wroclaw, but for me, price and standard of apartment not balanced. In general stay was good, apartment has very good location, everything you need to stay and also cook. Thanks again Marcin for being a very nice host and being so flexible. Im coming back to Wroclaw!

Cozy Attic - as the name suggests is a very charming place with history and homey warmth, you can really feel at home. The decor has its own character and charm that has captivated us from the very beginning. The place was very clean, fresh linens, a clean bathroom, and a kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen or bathroom also deserves praise, the location is also a perfect starting point for exploring the city or getting to the university (PO and UO), which is a huge plus for students ☺️ From the beginning, the host was very helpful and gave us a great impression, so was Iwona, who we communicated seamlessly before check-in and at checkout. As you can see, people create places like this, and with a clear conscience, I can recommend Cozy Attic to anyone going to Opole ❤️

Stylish apartment with a garage in the heart of Wroclaw

I consider myself lucky to have found this gorgeous apartment for our prolonged stay in Wroclaw. The best Airbnb experience I've had in 9 years! The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city, yet is very quiet. It's bright, beautiful, very clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, rather luxurious stay. The apartment building itself seems to be recently renovated as well and is gated, so we felt very safe. There is a designated parking space in the garage for guests with a car but we never used it. You can walk to pretty much everything of importance, and public transportation is very thought-through there. There are plenty of shops around for all your needs. Tomasz is such a wonderful and attentive host! He always communicated promptly and graciously, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. It was such a pleasure to have him as our host. I won't look at any other homes for our next time in Wroclaw!

Modern family vacation apartment with rooftop terrace

We had a great stay at the apartment. 😊 It was all very clean, modern and well equipped. In addition, a lot was within walking distance and especially the large terrace was great with the warmer temperatures. The beds were clean and already prepared with linens. There was no wifi or TV (as advertised) but this was not a problem for us as expected, as we were on the road most of the time. We had some problems with the lower front door, which unfortunately did not always work with the code and the skylights were unfortunately only slightly darkened, which is why it became bright in the morning in the morning. Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back! 🥰

A great big apartment - perfect for a multi-person stay! By tram you can quickly reach the center. But the surroundings are quiet and relaxed. - Nils was a great host. There was nothing missing - and if it did, he took care of it right away. The apartment is top equipped and clean. We felt very comfortable!!!
