Get cozy, light a fire and settle into this beautifully rustic space. Experience the wonderful contrast between being in an alternative, nature-filled, unique environment. Whilst being in central London, surrounded by vibrant city life. Described as "A gorgeous, candlelit, fairy land sanctuary", there is nothing quite like it. Living on a boat is can be like camping. Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!

The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. I am very proud to share my Apartment and its very elegant and spacious, huge open living space with a large Double Bed and 1 large Double Bedroom. Hackney Central and hackney Downs Stations are 7 minutes walk.

Tiny home at the back of our home, very quiet at night not far from train station (10 min walk) and 30min from Oxford Street via Tube and Train, you will be greeted by Host as you will have to walk through our house to the garden where your place of stay is, we have a English Springer Spaniels who are very friendly dogs so please be aware of that as they are not locked !
