It is insulated, has a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. There is an additional wall fan in the bathroom and a clothes hanger for your convenience. No smoking on the property.

The top 2 acres are laid out in tropical garden setting with the other 3 acres set out with native Darwin plants visited by lots of native animals and birds. Chill out by the pool, marvel at the local wildlife, enjoy amazing sunsets. The place is only 2 minutes to local supermarket, 5 minutes to a local large shopping centre and 15 minutes to Darwin CBD.
