Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

A perfect escape from the crowds. This newly built cabin nestles in the Purbeck countryside in the grounds of a Victorian cottage. Sit on your secluded decking and watch the steam trains roll by whilst enjoying relaxing drinks and a bbq. On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!

The Shepherds Hut, Corfe Castle

Situated in the countryside between Corfe and Swanage and close to the beaches and many attractions of the Jurassic Coastline. This traditional Shepherds Hut sleeps two in a King bed but you could accommodate up to a further three guests by pitching your own tent alongside it. Private setting with it’s own gated and fenced area with room to park off the road. Exclusive use of hot open air shower, kitchen hut and toilet situated in a separate hut next door. Sorry dogs are not permitted.

The Cottage is an open plan building next to the entrance to Corfe Common in a tranquil setting. Downstairs there is a King-size bed & upstairs there are 2 single beds . Sleeping areas are open plan but have thick curtains that can be drawn to create a private and cosy space. Deal Cottage is a traditional Purbeck stone mid terrace cottage in the Herston area of Swanage. Formerly a quarryman's home for many generations this grade 2 listed property is part of the original town & has uninterrupted hill views of Ninebarrow & Ballard Down. Walk & explore the Isle of Purbeck: just 30 mins drive to Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove. Swanage town centre & beach are a 20 min (2km) walk from Deal Cottage.
