We cannot offer daily or weekly rentals (we do not have a short-term rental licence, and daily rentals are illegal). We apologise for any inconvenience. Booking steps; (There is no washing machine in this room. There are several 24-hour laundromats outside the building and nearby.) 1. Please submit a request for 29 nights or more. We also offer rentals on other platforms, so please enquire about available dates in advance. 2. Complete payment within 24 hours after approval to secure the booking. 3. A simple monthly rental contract needs to be completed on the day of check-in. 4. When checking out, lock the room and return the key to the host by dropping it in the designated place. This completes the check-out process, and you cannot return to the room. "We provide water purification equipment for the entire house. Please use it with confidence." Please be sure to read the following key rules: 1. No meals are included (e.g. breakfast) 2. No parties 3. No smoking, betel nut, excessive drinking, drug use or mining in the entire room (if you violate this by bringing in e-sports and related equipment, you agree to the landlord's claim for the excess electricity bill for the current period) 4. Pets are not allowed 5. Fines for violations of the Noise Prevention Act shall be paid by the tenant. 6. There is no fall protection in the room, and children under 8 years old are not welcome 7. No parking fee subsidy 8. No open fire 9. If the landlord notices anything unusual in the room, the tenant agrees to call the police to handle the situation. 10. In the event of a breach of the rules, the landlord has the right to terminate the contract, not refund the rent already paid, and seek compensation from the platform.

Guests who enjoy camping will be pleasantly surprised to discover that they can enjoy such a nature-integrated accommodation experience near the city, falling asleep to the sound of frogs and waking up to the sound of birds. There are two double beds in the cabin, which can be separated by a sliding door in the middle. There is a separate wet and dry bathroom and a warm-seat, anti-haemorrhoid toilet. Additional beds can be provided to accommodate five people.
