There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

A 10-min drive from Frankton shops and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite includes a dining table, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer, microwave, jug and toaster. NO oven or cook top. The bathroom includes underfloor heating and hair dryer. The suite has its own private entrance with key in a lockbox.

Welcome to our modern NEW guesthouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Hanley's Farm is very family focused with an amazing park complete with BMX pump track, exercise equipment and flying fox. Also, another NEW playground near our guest house. There are also many walking tracks in the area and a bike track that leads through Jacks Point to Kelvin Heights.
