The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.
