Apartment holiday rentals in Xiulin Township

If I can give 6 out of 5, I would. The place was just like the photos; spotless, tidy, very accommodating and has all the amenities. The view out the window is the key feature; you can see the sunrise at home or near the footpath near the harbour. Hualien is also an amazing place with so much beautiful landscapes, friendly locals and peaceful environment. Although there are places in the Taroko national park that is closed off due to the typhoon and landslide damage, but the views are still immaculate so I highly highly recommend.

We truly appreciated Sofia's apartment. It was generously sized for two people, allowing each of us to have our own bathroom. The interior was thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-organized, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sofia welcomed us warmly and explained how to use the elevator dongle and the door code. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. There were also numerous restaurants within walking distance, and the beach was only about 8 minutes away. We were especially grateful for Sofia's flexibility with the check-out process. Since we had to travel to Taipei for work on short notice, she was very accommodating and allowed us to check out earlier than originally planned. Comfortable and good location

Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

The homeowner himself is an interior designer who used the studio upstairs as an accommodation space and was attracted to the interior as soon as he entered, which turned out to be called "interior design".The owner was warm and friendly and offered to help us with our suitcases, the room was comfortable, the bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom space was huge, and even the oversized bathtub, loved it overall and was very satisfied.

Miss Sofia was kind and gracious throughout my extended stay in the apartment. She responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion, always maintaining a courteous demeanor.

The owner is very good, helped me change the house of Hualien station in the city, the house is very beautifully renovated, two rooms are suitable for our two large and small two, the kitchen and toilet are fully equipped, and the overall feeling is very comfortable, the house may be in the city, it may be small, but the environment is quiet, and there is no noise.The owner was very quick to respond, and I asked questions, she will answer them all, and provide me with information for reference. I will rent here again if I travel to Hualien next time.

Thanks to Ivy for everything, there is no elevator on the 5th floor, and Ivy will check if it can be accepted before charging rent.As soon as you enter the door you will see the ivy prepared cards and snacks, there will also be food guides nearby on the table, each room is very comfortable and cozy, thank you Ivy for your attentiveness, we had a great time these days
