Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Xochitepec

Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Cuernavaca! I’m a rather picky traveler when it comes to comfort, and this apartment met my expectations 100%. It’s a very clean, modern space with everything you could wish for — comfortable beds, a fridge with an ice maker, a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, a BBQ area, a large terrace, and a pool with a bar, just to name a few. A special thanks to Jorge, an amazing host —very polite and attentive, always ready to help or answer any questions. I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment was great! The truth is everything is very close, we are 15 from the socket, very central and with pharmacies, meals and shopping malls nearby. Any support in the apartment was immediately attended to. We would definitely come back!!!

Luis Manuel and Gerardo were always attentive to what we needed. The place is first and being in PB with small children gives an extra for us. All clean and in excellent condition. They just miss me a green fee for the golf course...hahaha. Great place and great hosts.

The home was completely what I expected. The service was amazing and very attentive. The place is extremely quiet and full of peace even at night. Very clean and tidy, amazingly comfortable beds and the air conditioning and fans worked wonderfully, if there was hot water and clean towels and linens. The place is very conveniently located and very close to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is comfortable, it is tidy, has all the amenities; it has a very nice garden with many fruit trees. Its pool has temperate water x the sun; half is normal height and the other half is deep perfect for my kids' nailings. Near the house is an Oxxo, a modelorama, a store three b and small shops. Mr. Margarito is the person who takes care of the house, he is a very friendly and helpful person. Mr. Anuar is always attentive.

Juan all the time on the lookout we hired the boiler for the pool and all day we spend it there. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable . In general, everything was very good, we liked the house. We only saw a couple of cleaning details but we would come back to wash it.

We liked the house, what is described is offered, the pool we loved it, it is good size, but if we recommend that they pay for the boiler service since the water is cold, the house has everything you need, Oxxo nearby and a plus to hire Mrs. Eli who supported us to cook and attended us super well.

Excellent location, very credible entrance and loved the cleanliness of the place. The pool in April was cold, but very clean. Raúl's attention was very good to any request we made, we would definitely book again at another time without a doubt.

The property is wonderful. Very spacious, clean and well preserved. True to the pictures. It has everything you could need. Its located within a private cluster and its super safe, clean and family oriented. We went with our two dogs and baby and had a great time. We would love to return. People were friendly and had a fantastic time overall. My only comment would be we didn’t know there is a nearby area where they do sugar cane burning, and the ashes resulting from the burn can cover the area of the property. on our first day the ashes really covered everything. We couldn’t go outside, specially because we had a small baby. Francisco was super helpful and sent someone to clean the balcony, outdoor jacuzzi and terrace the next day. Cleaning crew cleaned the public pool the next day but the grass still had ashes (they are hard to clean). This only affected us for half a day though and as the host went out of his way to help - so our stay was extremely positive. Thank you so much julio!

The depa de Melisa is as described in the listing, it is very nice and cozy. The communication with her has been very good, she is very friendly and responds instantly. We will definitely love to come back.

The location is excellent, very well connected to different points of interest, which made moving around the city very easy. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.
