Holiday rentals in Xwejni Bay

It has been a pleasure to stay in Villa Giacomo. The house is big, clean and it has everything you need, the pool is amazing and always clean . Personally, I highly recommend Villa Giacomo for who wants to spend nice time in pool, on the beach, surrounded by the nature and a strategic point to visit others places in Sicily. Amazing place! This is a really special flat and very close to the center.

Alessandro and Valentina are among the warmest landlords we have ever had. Not only did Alessandro pick us up in Syracuse, he showed us the area right away, recommended supermarkets, restaurants, even waited in front of the best bakery in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) until we had bought bread etc. And when we wanted to rent a car to explore the area, he assisted us with advice and action. It was a wonderful contact with them at all times. The apartment is spacious for a couple, the terrace is the absolute hit: a fantastic view of the sea. So if you want to explore the area, Fontane Bianche with Alessandro and Valentina are in good hands. During the day you drive to Noto, Syracuse, Modica and relax in the apartment in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom perfect. The address is an absolute recommendation. We will be back :) !!!

A good choice in Malta! On the plus side, the apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was good, next to it there was a very good cafe where we spent all our mornings. 10 Minutes walk from Sliema and close to stops and mini markets. Martin as a host was very friendly , with clear instructions, and on the last day he suggested late check out on his own if we wished. As a only negative I will say the insulation of the space, as outside the apartment was the street and at night it was noisy from the cars and the world. But it didn't affect our stay. Thanks so much!

Very beautiful house at the beach. We had everything we needed, separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Nice outdoor area with barbecue and table tennis. The beach was wonderful, not a lot of people and very clear water. No rocks, a perfect spot for a vacation with little kids.

We had a very nice stay at Victor’s farmhouse in Xhagra. The location must be one of the closest to Ramla Bay that are available as vacation rentals. The beach can even be reached by a nice walk (when it’s not too hot). The shortest drive to the neighboring village Nadur actually passes through Ramla Bay. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, has all that’s needed for a family or group vacation, has a nice pool and BBQ, and last but not least you can see the Mediterranean from the house. One potential issue for guests who are sensitive to noise from neighbors (or worries about own noise), while the walls are thick, they are not sound proof, so we could hear some noise from the neighbors at times. Overall a very respectful and quiet neighborhood, however. Victor was a great host and always available with friendly support when needed (like asking for extra sheets etc.)

Santi has a wonderful upscale apartment, in a terrific location, and he offers it with great hospitality and genuine care and attention for your benefit. The decor, fittings, furniture and kitchen equipment are all new and very good quality, the 180 degree view of Ortigia and the bay of Syracuse from the decks and wall to wall glass windows is awesome day and night, the neighborhood is quiet, the building secure, and there’s plenty of space to park out front on the street at any time. Santi was very kind in helping us with our heavy bags up the steep stairs and for sharing plenty of tips and advice for the area. Ortigia, 20 minutes away, was a delight, full of Baroque charm and character, amazing buildings and architecture, and buzzing with streetlife, restaurants and cafes. Late April was the perfect time to be there. Thanks Santi!

We felt really comfortable in this apartment from the start. It’s clean, modern, and has everything you need. The AC in every room was a big plus, and there are TVs in the two main bedrooms. The location is excellent, close to the sea and a nice walking area, plus a big supermarket (very practical). There are plenty of restaurants nearby, from simple fast food to high-end places near the Hilton and Portomaso, only a short walk away. Andrea recommended Odyssey a flying theatre experience in the shopping centre next door. It was surprisingly good for kids and adults. You can also go up to the 32nd floor for a great view and a cocktail. If you don’t feel like going to the beach or if it’s too cold, there’s a heated pool open year-round, about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi. Even though the apartment is so central, it’s on a quiet street. Everything was easy and well-organized, and Andrea was a great host. If we come back to Malta, we’d book this place again.
