*** June 2025 update *** A public shelter is located on the street 150 meters away. Cozy and comfortable apartment in a central location very close to exits to the main road (Ayalon), a short drive from Tel Aviv, from Rishon LeZion and the center of the whole country. The apartment is located about 5 minutes walk from the Bat Yam mall, 5 minutes walk to the light rail and in a very accessible location for public transportation. Only 15 minutes walk to the beach. Bright and airy apartment with good energy! The apartment consists of 2 rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a comfortable sofa that can be used as an extra bed.
