Nice, functional and comfortable house for relaxing near Cuautla. It has a garden and a small and nice private pool; ideal for children 10 years old and younger. Located on the grounds of the Ex Hacienda del Río Coahuixtla. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, 2 terraces, equipped kitchen, barbecue, breakfast and dining room, palapa and view of the river. Pets welcome; no parties or loud music. A gated community. In the common area, there is another garden and swimming pool. Access by paying the subdivision fee.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful house in a private community of only 5 houses with its own pool. It has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom, two double bedrooms. All three rooms feature a minisplit. Located just 5 minutes from Six Flags Hurricane, 600 meters from downtown Oaxtepec and 1 km from Lomas de Cocoyoc. In the pool area you will find an outdoor dining room and living room.

Volleyball court, walker for exercise A 5 minute drive to Hacienda San Carlos Borromeo.

The country house is a very quiet place to rest, hold family reunions, visit the Yautepec carnival, near Tepoztlàn or Oaxtepec (20 min). The atmosphere is completely private, in a very quiet area. The house has a large garden to enjoy a good weekend in the company of family. My place is great for couples, families (with children), and groups of up to 20 people including children. The Airbnb health protocol is also followed.
