We are a 10 minute walk to the Convention Centre and QPAC, 15 minutes to the city, 20 minutes by bus or ferry to Qld University of Technology and University of Qld, 3 minutes walk to a fabulous array of restaurants. Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

This beautiful eco tiny house is a modern version of the traditional Australian shed. It is built entirely by hand, complete with restored furniture & bamboo floors. Surrounded by greenery, it is split-level, with a mezzanine bedroom, small modern kitchen & bathroom. Its private but not totally secluded as you will sometimes see one of us walk past. NB: Brisbane can be hot & humid from November to March. There is a fan but no air conditioning, so this may be a consideration for some guests.

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

The complex has a swimming pool and tennis court which you can use freely. 300m from beautiful walks in Toohey Forest, 1km from Griffith University (Nathan Campus), 1km from QEII Hospital, 3km from Nissan Sports Arena, Ballistic Brewery and food places within walking distance, ALDI 300m away and bus and trains closeby - makes this a very convenient place to stay.

Private unit with bedroom (queen size bed), bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette and spacious living room (two double size sofa beds) in Brisbane south side. Plenty of street parking along the park, playground 1 min walk, two train stations 600/ 800 meters walk. CBD 25 min drive. Ask us if you require private airport pickup or drop off.
