Cozzy two-level apartment with private patio, two bedroooms, kitchen, living room and 1, 1/2 bathroom. Living room, kitchen and rooms are equiped with air conditioner. Apartmen is located on a gated community of only 12 properties, with access to a beach known as Zarapa. Zarapa is known as a surfing spot by the local with a rocky shore. Excellent location in Vega Baja near grocery stores, pharmacy and the best beaches of our area.

First floor. The property is located very close to Puerto Nuevo beach 3- 4 min driving. I recommend renting a car. The property has solar plates. You can enjoy a private beach across the street a 7 min walk, beach for surfers, sunbathing and have a private, family day. Nearby restaurants, watery eye and turtle lagoon, Important note; We do not have central air, only air in the rooms, fan in the living room. It's not oceanfront.

The house counts with a big yard, perfect to enjoy your vacation. With a 3 minute walking distance private beach. The property is close to other three famous beaches 3-5 minutes away; Puerto Nuevo Vega Baja, Los Tubos, and Mar Chiquita.
