Holiday rentals in Yelarbon

We had a fantastic time with our kids (ages 9 and 6) and 2-year-old Wolfhound mix! The cottage was easy to find and well-signed. Communication with Judy and Gina was great! The kids were delighted by the cattle and sheep that greeted us on our drive into the property. This is a real farm experience with animals right outside the door. The cabin is beautiful, cosy, and clean, with all the modern amenities you need. Just bring a few meals to cook for your stay. Gina was so friendly and informative as she showed us around! We kept our dog on a leash around the cabin as she was a little too interested in the ducks, but there are plenty of areas where she was able to run and play off leash where she wasn't disturbing the farm animals. The kids loved feeding the farm animals, including feeding the cows, ducks, and sheep by hand. They also loved kayaking (kayaks, paddles, and life jackets all available). Plenty to do and perfect for kids and dogs! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful Easter long weekend stay. The space is just stunning, so much better than the pictures can portray. Very creative and peaceful. The bed is comfortable and large, cozy blankets and lots if pillows, there are black our curtains but they also provided a eye mask which is a nice touch. So much love and hard work was put into the space. The wooden foot soak was so good! There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, bbq, everything u need for a weekend away, but the cafe onsite is lovely as well and u can preorder dinners to be delivered if not keen to cook. The bathroom/shower is definitely the main highlight! So unique and quite an experience, just absolutely loved the space and took extra showers just to enjoy it more! The private outdoor space with firepit and wood is a great addition! Stargazing at night on the loungers is a must. And walking down to the lake for sunset was a major highlight! Amazing sunsets and also the wildlife is great! Birds, kangaroos, emu.

I booked my partner a birthday trip at The Drover! It was absolutely worth the drive, beautiful scenery along the way! It’s was peaceful and quiet, a perfect place to relax and unwind. Amanda really went the extra mile to make her feel special with a bottle of wine and wishes for a happy birthday. She thought of everything! We would absolutely return.

This compact cottage was the perfect overnight stay for us to break up a long road trip. The place was spotlessly clean, with a great shower, and the breakfast items supplied were greatly appreciated!

Greg's place was lovely, close to everything. The host was super helpful and responsive and more than accommodating! Thanks Greg we hope to use your house again in the near future!

We love the cottage at the first moment when we arrived. It was a lovely house with an amazing history of the family. We enjoyed every single little thing decorated at every corner in the cottage. Jenny and her family’s efforts to preserve and maintain their ancestor house are so well deserved. We wish that we could stay there longer. We will come back again.

Stunning location - a chance to switch off, enjoy beautiful sunsets, warm baths with a view and some delicious local wine. Loved it here. Great attention to detail with little luxuries that make a difference. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was absolutely divine!! The cottage was in a perfect location and beautifully decorated - very tidy with all the amenities you could need. Anne was a very responsive and helpful host. Would definitely recommend staying here

I honestly couldn't say anything negative about the host or the accommodation. what a spectacular experience. Escape the hustle and bustle of day to day life and spend some time in complete and utter peace and quiet... 10/10 in my opinion, and my wife and I will definitely be back!
