It's about half a kilometer to the nearest elevator and public beach. Lighted ski track and hiking trails run next to the vacation home. There are 2 golf courses in the area, 2 km/5km. A children's swing and a sandbox are shared by residents in the backyard.

The cabin breathes the peasant era of the late 19th century with modern comforts. A log outdoor sauna with terrace and outdoor grill has been completed and there is a small separate fee for using the sauna. There is also a pier and a swimming area next to the sauna.
